This website is operated by Search and Rescue Banská Bystrica, a non-profit civil association registered in Slovakia under ICO: 56031033, with its registered office at Dolná 52, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.
2. Not an emergency service
This website is not a means of requesting emergency help. In any emergency, call the European emergency number 112 immediately. Messages sent via this website or by email are not monitored around the clock.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, offensive or misleading information.
4. Information and safety content
Safety tips and educational materials are provided in good faith for general information. They do not replace professional training, official guidance or the instructions of emergency services. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks and are undertaken at your own responsibility.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary and used solely for our non-profit purposes — equipment, training and field missions. Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of clear error, which you should report to info@insideoutforeveryone.org within 14 days.
6. Volunteering
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Volunteers are subject to separate internal rules, training requirements and safety protocols.
7. Intellectual property
Our name, emblem, photographs and texts belong to Search and Rescue Banská Bystrica or are used with permission. You may share our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution; any other use requires our written consent.
8. Liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Links to third-party websites (such as maps) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
